First it was EMRs available at Sam’s Club in the US.  Now, GE Heathcare has announced an interest free financing program for purchase of EMR software:

Sounds like the deals that the car manufacturers are offering 🙂  What next?  Free XM satellite?

  1. I read that one as well. I would like to say “Let the EMR gold rush begin” but I’d be 6 months late on this prediction.

    It reminds me, in some ways, of the gold rush in the PACS market back in 2005. The only thing is the numbers in EMR dwarf diagnostic imaging.
